Why we charge one flat price.

A small piece of clarity about pricing — what it costs, what it doesn't, and what that says about how we treat your business.

€16 is the price of a souvlaki and a soft drink in Limassol. It's also the price of running your entire small business — invoicing, expenses, customers, VAT, analytics, the lot — for a month on Fit Finance. We chose that number on purpose.

The accounting-software ladder is a trap

Open Xero's pricing page. There are three tiers. The cheap one caps your invoices at 20 a month. The middle one removes the cap but charges twice as much. The expensive one adds analytics. The same shape exists at QuickBooks, Sage, FreshBooks, and a dozen others.

Here's what's happening: they're using your growth to charge you more. The product doesn't get materially better as you climb the ladder. The cost to them doesn't change. They've just designed the pricing so that the moment you start succeeding, you start paying.

We think that's a hostile pattern. We're not in the business of punishing customers for doing well. So we built one tier and we don't move it.

What €16 actually buys you

Everything core. Unlimited invoices. Unlimited expenses. Unlimited customers. Unlimited vendors. EU VAT exports. Real-time dashboard. Recurring billing. CRM. Tasks, notes, reminders. Owner-only data. Public API. MCP server. Second team seat free until 31 December 2026, locked in for the life of your subscription.

If you outgrow it, you won't move to a more expensive tier — there isn't one. Optional add-ons (industry workspaces, inventory, analytics) are in development, and you'll add one only if you specifically need it. Most operators never will.

The souvlaki framing isn't a joke

We pick that comparison deliberately. If you can authorize lunch money, you can authorize this. No purchase order. No "I'll bring it up at the next finance review." No three-month evaluation cycle. The price is below the threshold where it requires a decision.

That's important. Small business owners are drowning in subscription fatigue. They've already said yes to twelve tools this year. Most of them never get used. Asking someone to authorize €60/month for "a better invoicing tool" is asking them to enter a long internal conversation about whether the existing tool is bad enough to switch.

Asking them to authorize €16 — the price of lunch — is asking them whether they want lunch.

What it tells you about how we think

Pricing is a values statement disguised as a number. When you see "starting at €10/month" with five asterisks, what you're really seeing is a company that needs to look cheap to get you in and then needs to extract more once you're committed.

When you see one flat price with nothing held back, what you're seeing is a company that doesn't want to play that game. We'd rather have a thousand operators on one honest price than 200 paying €40 because we tier-hammered them into submission.

The number is also a discipline on us. It forces us to keep the product simple, the architecture cheap, the support load manageable. €16 doesn't pay for an expensive enterprise sales team or a marketing department of forty people. It pays for the product, a small team in Cyprus, and the runway to keep building.

€16 is the launch price — and we're saying so out loud

Here's the part most companies bury in a renewal email: €16 is our launch price, and it ends on 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, new customers pay €21/month. Still one flat price, still everything core included, still no tiers — the shape of the deal never changes, only the number on the door for people who arrive later.

And if you subscribe during the launch period? €16 stays yours for as long as your subscription stays active. We don't reprice existing customers to fund growth — that's the tier-ladder trick with a calendar instead of a cap. Early operators took a chance on us; their price is the thank-you.

So that's it. One flat price — the price of a souvlaki while the launch lasts. Everything core in. No usage tiers, no surprise jumps, nothing held back for a higher plan. If you've spent the last decade on the accounting-software ladder and you're tired of climbing, we built this for you.
