1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fit Finance (the "Service"), operated by Quantum-22 LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Cyprus. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Using the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- All activities that occur under your account or organisation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell access to the Service without a written partner agreement.
4. Your content
You may upload or enter data into the Service — customer details, invoices, expenses, files, and other business records ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You can export every record you own as CSV at any time. We do not use Your Content to train AI models or for any purpose other than running the Service for you.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes in accordance with the pricing presented at checkout.
New organisations are offered a 7-day free trial of the Operator plan. Card details are taken at checkout to keep the account live after the trial — your first €16/month charge happens on day 8 unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or Stripe's customer portal.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.
6. Add-ons
Some features of the Service are sold as separate add-on subscriptions (for example, Rentals, additional storage, additional seats). Add-on subscriptions are billed independently from the core plan, may be cancelled separately at any time from Settings → Marketplace, and stop charging at the next billing cycle.
Some launch-period offers grant additional included capacity (for example, an extra seat). Where such offers apply we honour the original terms for the lifetime of the affected subscription, even if the public offer ends.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time — for example, to improve performance, add features, or comply with legal requirements. If a change materially reduces core functionality for paying customers, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and a path forward.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Fit Finance helps you organise the data — you are responsible for confirming that your filings comply with the regulations that apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues — whether incurred directly or indirectly — or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
- Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or your data.
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful material transmitted through the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service in a way that creates risk or harm, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy the issue first.
On termination, you can export your data for up to 30 days. After that, your data is permanently deleted in line with section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If changes materially affect your rights, we may also notify you by email or within the Service.
