What's the trial?
7 days of full Operator access. Card details required to start your trial — we use them to keep your account live when the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account stays read-only until you choose monthly or yearly billing. Nothing is deleted, nothing is charged.
Can I switch monthly ↔ yearly later?
Yes — switch from Settings → Billing at any time. Yearly applies a 25% discount and prorates from your next renewal.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are listed in EUR exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your business location and VAT-ID.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe. Company invoices on yearly plans.
Can I cancel and export my data?
Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. CSV/PDF export of every record stays available for 30 days after cancellation.
Are you adding more features?
Continuously. Tasks, notes, reminders, owner-only data, and reports are live today; payroll, fixed expenses, and investments are on the roadmap with clear status labels. Request early access to influence what ships next.
