Common questions about pricing
How much does Fit Finance cost?
Fit Finance costs €16/month on the Operator plan, or €144/year (about €12/month, saving ~25%) — launch pricing until 31 December 2026. That is the whole price — one plan, no tiers to compare and no modules to add up. It covers unlimited invoices, expenses, customers and VAT exports, with a second team seat free until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 new customers pay €21/month.
Will the price go up?
For new customers, yes. €16/month (€144/year) is launch pricing, available until 31 December 2026 — from 1 January 2027 the Operator plan is €21/month for new signups. If you subscribe during the launch period, your launch rate is locked in and stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every account starts with a 7-day free trial of full Operator access. A card is required to start the trial so your account stays live when it ends. Cancel any time during the 7 days and you are not charged.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account stays read-only until you choose monthly or yearly billing. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without your action. When you subscribe, your existing data is exactly where you left it.
Are there tiers, modules or upgrades to buy?
No. There is one plan at €16/month (launch pricing — €21/month for new customers from 1 January 2027) and it includes the whole core product — invoicing, expenses, customers, VAT, cashflow and the dashboard. There is no starter tier holding features back and no module list to price up. Optional add-ons (industry workspaces, extra capabilities) are in development and none are required — nothing sold today is held back from the plan.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Switch from Settings → Billing at any time. Yearly billing applies a ~25% discount (€144/year at the launch price) and prorates from your next renewal. Switching intervals keeps your subscription — and your locked launch rate — active.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices are listed in EUR exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your business location and VAT-ID. You can pay by major card or SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe, and request company invoices on yearly plans.
Can I cancel and export my data?
Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing — there is no lock-in and no contract. CSV/PDF export of every record stays available for 30 days after cancellation, so your books leave with you.
